Hydrobloc treated black full grain leather upper with a perforated breathable collar, Gore-Tex Performance Comfort lining (waterproof + breathable), and a Vibram 3D Wide sole for grip on mixed terrain. Resoleable. The Vioz line is the boot serious thru hikers and Alpine guides recommend when the brief is one pair for decades. Stitchdown construction means a cobbler can rebuild the sole to upper interface; the upper itself typically outlasts 2-3 resoles. Made in Italy.
